Nepali Poet Recited English Poetry in International Poetry Marathon 

A poetic marathon called “24 poets! In 24 hour! On 24^th” organized by American poet, editor Brian Stark. Nepali poet Rupsingh Bhandari recited dozens of his poems and other English poetry of Nepali poets. He recited the famous poem “Lunatic” of poet the great Laxmi Prasad Devekota.  A new poem “You”by Prof. Dr. Abhi Subedi along with several Nepali poets.

After listening Nepali poets’ poems, organizer of the program Brain Stark said, “All the poems are different and their multiple voices are as beautiful as the Himalayas. In fact, Nepali serene emotions and feelings can inspire the world.”  He further added the purpose of this marathon is to advance poetry and shine a light on great poets from the globe.  Poet Rupsingh Bhandari is a Nepali poet and social activist who has been writing poetry in English, Nepali and Hindi. Who has already published one poetry book and served as editor of International Anthology of Pandemic Poetry 2020. And widely published throughout the world. He said that this poetic marathon is organized for the public purpose. And reciting English poetry of Nepali poets in this program gave the message of peace loving Nepali people to the world.  The program is still going on for the purpose of social charity by 24 vibrant poets from the globe.
